* Silvia to move annodex.net to a pmwiki with a small number of pages - will want everyone to contribute!

* John will work with Xiph guys to create a new bug tracking solution, possibly launchpad

* every developer can take care to move their bugs over themselves, Silvia will also see what is left over

* when Xiph have stabilised their new servers, we can move our sites:
** annodex.org (a mediawiki)
** annodex.net (either pmwiki or a wordpress)
** foms-workshop.org (several pmwikis)
** multimedia miniconf sites (several pmwikis)
** validator.xiph.org (possibly on its own VM for security issues)

* we will not continue to maintain media.annodex.net with cmmlwiki

* Conrad will organise the elections for the AGM
