Notice of Annual General Meeting of Annodex Association Inc

Annodex Association AGM

The Annodex Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on Friday 12th January 2007.

Location: on irc server freenode.net, channel #annodex

Time: 7:15pm (Sydney time)

This will be the Friday of FOMS and people from the meeting will gather inside the James Squire Brewhouse in Sydney near the Ethernet outlets.

The agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be:

0. Confirmation of last AGM minutes

1. President's report 2006

2. Treasurer's report 2006

3. Election of 2007 Annodex Association committee

Election of the 2006 Annodex Association committee

The following positions will be elected at the AGM:

President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer
3 Ordinary Members

Nominations of candidates for election to the Committee must be sent in writing (email suffices) to foundation@lists.annodex.net. The thus nominated candidate must provide written consent to become a candidate.

Nominations for a position on the 2007 Annodex Association committee are open and will remain open until the election. Nominees must be 2007 members of the Annodex Association, i.e. subscribed to foundations@lists.annodex.net.

If you cannot attend the AGM, but would like to vote, you can determine a proxy to vote for you. Appendix 4 of the constitution contains a form to be filled out and given to your proxy to provide at the AGM (forwarded email acceptable).
