Election of the 2009 Annodex Association committee

As was done in previous years, we will be conducting the elections via an online voting system, using an external Condorcet-based election system.

Positions available are:

President

Vice-President

Secretary

Treasurer

3 Ordinary Members

Please send nominations to annodex-association@lists.annodex.net.

Nominations should include your name, the position you would like to run for, and (optionally) a statement about what you would aim to achieve in that role (ie. your election platform, why people should vote for you).

Nominees must be 2009 members of the Annodex Association, i.e. subscribed to annodex-association@lists.annodex.net.

Assuming nominations are received for all positions by Dec 18, then the following election schedule will apply:

Nov 27 (7 weeks prior to the AGM): nominations open

Dec 18 (4 weeks prior to the AGM): nominations closed, voting open

Jan 14 (1 day prior to the AGM): voting closed

Jan 15 (AGM): 2009 committee announced
