James says we have $5400 in the bank account - mosty Mozilla money for FOMS

- ACTION: Silvia to talk to CSIRO about open sourcing Annodex code
- There were 3 people interested in liboggplay maintainership - but
not much activitiy yet
- RFC 5334 on Ogg mime types is ratified
- Silvia may get a grant with Mozilla to do captions and other
accessibility stuff for Ogg
5. Annodex.net update
Proposal:
Use wordpress with static pages for publishing sw packages and posts for news update on front page? Static pages in wordpress also allow hierarchical setup. Is very close to "static pages per project".
Accepted through general consensus.
ACTION: Silvia will set it up, Denis offered to help populate it.
