1. Last year minutes, finances etc
   • nessy: We still need purserj's treasury report and the hand-over of finances
   • all that is necessary to finalize last year is the report - will be sorted between purserj, johnf and nessy
   • we will wait on giving the money to open media now until we have more information and organized a pr plan.
2. This year meeting times & public/closed meetings
   • we will have monthly meetings at 5pm on the last thursday in a month, private for 15 min, then on #annodex open
   • will try and use the mailing list more.
   • public meeting will be advertised as 5:30pm
3. What we want to achieve this year
   • Annodex.net will become basically a blog and specifications site
   • We will move the software projects release pages to xiph.org
4. Any Other Business
   • google summer of code will be joint application with xiph
5. Action Items
   • mdale will contact Rob about open media now state of things / pr donation campaign.
   • silvia will talk to rillian about soc apps
