1. Annodex annual reporting (John - 2min)

Summary Outcome:

  • Silvia to move annodex.net to a pmwiki with a small number of pages - will want everyone to contribute!
  • John will work with Xiph guys to create a new bug tracking solution, possibly launchpad
  • every developer can take care to move their bugs over themselves, Silvia will also see what is left over
  • when Xiph have stabilised their new servers, we can move our sites:
    • annodex.org (a mediawiki)
    • annodex.net (either pmwiki or a wordpress)
    • foms-workshop.org (several pmwikis)
    • multimedia miniconf sites (several pmwikis)
    • validator.xiph.org (possibly on its own VM for security issues)
  • we will not continue to maintain media.annodex.net with cmmlwiki
  • Conrad will organise the elections for the AGM
