Inaugural General Annodex Foundation members meeting 14th Dec 2005
On Wednesday 14th Dec 2005 we had a first open general Annodex Foundation meeting on #anxfoundation and at the James Squire Brewhouse in Sydney for the local Sydney crowd. (Start at 19:05 Close at 22:55)

- membership fee: stay at $0 for now, but leave clauses in constitution
- election procedure: open and online today, but next election in June 2006 over Web interface will be private
- composition of committee: chair is a less dictatory name than president, but should have casting vote
- advisory panel privileges: training is not a good idea; information and priviledged access to committee are enough
- section 9.2 resignation should be immediate
- section 28.1 committee meetings should be allowed to be virtual
- section 1 and 45 add electronic means of person identification (digital keys)
- need for honorary membership questioned but not ultimately resolved

- flyer for advisory panel "recruitment": no volunteers; ginger will investigate
- financial year is Australian financial year
- state in the constitution that committee members represent themselves, not their employer
- discussion on whether 40% committee membership from one company results in 2 or in 3 members was not finalised
- discussion if a committee members changes affiliation and this breaks the 40% clause, they should step down
